(the “Company”) today announced that it has priced a tender offer of 1,400,000 shares to 7,000% cumulative preferred shares of Series K (the “Preferred Shares”) at a public offering price of $ 25 per share, which will result in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $ 33.7 million. dollars after payment of the subscription rebates and commissions and the estimated offering fees payable by the Company.
