Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Energy & Natural Resources Practice represented Bridgelink Power in connection with a senior secured revolving credit facility of up to $200 million with Crayhill Capital Management. The facility will be used to fund pre-construction project expenses, including the purchase of equipment and other long-lead items. The facility will also allow Bridgelink to strategically acquire other pre-construction projects.
Greenberg Traurig comprehensively advised Texas-based Bridgelink Power on all legal aspects of the deal which was announced on April 12. The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Jeff Chester, the company’s global co-head of energy project finance.
