Said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the following annual general meeting will be credited/sent on or about July 30, 2022. The dividend, if declared, will be paid to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the company or in the registers of the depositaries as beneficial owners of the shares on Friday July 1, 2022, which is the date of registration fixed for this purpose.
Ex-dividend date and record date– Investors should note that the ex-dividend date is June 30, 2022, while the announced record date is July 1, 2022.
